Dr. Edward Achado
Chairman
Dr. Terungwa Edward Achado, born on 6th February 1991 in Nigeria, holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Nasarawa State University, an MSc in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, and a BSc in Finance (Upper Division Honours) from the American University of Nigeria. He completed his secondary education at Mt Saint Gabriel’s and Mt Saint Michael’s Secondary Schools in Makurdi.
Dr. Achado is a highly qualified professional, with expertise in finance and banking. He possesses an array of certifications, including a Manager Financiér title from Grenoble Ecole de Management and completed courses in areas such as risk management, project finance, and public-private partnerships.
Dr. Achado brings a wealth of experience to the table. He has served as a Partner at Archtik Consultants since July 2013, where he played a key role in securing a Microfinance Bank license from the Central Bank of Nigeria. He also has experience in the banking sector, having worked at First City Monument Bank as a Direct Sales Agent. He further enhanced his expertise through positions like Director at Hostelbag Travels and Assistant Cashier at Benysta Communications.
Dr. Achado is a member of prestigious organizations including Rotary Club (District 9125), Chartered Institute of Bankers in Nigeria (CIBN), Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Examiners of Nigeria, and Benue State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (BECCIMA).
He is proficient in Microsoft Office, VBA, Bloomberg, Dreamweaver, PHP, and Stata. Dr. Achado is fluent in English and Tiv, intermediate in French, and enjoys hobbies like chess, tennis, and badminton. He has received honors for his academic performance, reflecting his dedication and excellence

Architect Sam Dura was born and raised in the Yengev kindred of Guma Local Government in Benue State. He completed his primary and secondary education in the mid-’70s and pursued higher education at Federal Government College Enugu and the School of Basic Studies (SBS) of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. This educational background laid the foundation for his successful career in architecture.
Sam Dura is a distinguished architect, licensed by the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), and holds esteemed memberships as a Corporate and Fellow member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). He has furthered his expertise with an AutoCAD Diploma Certificate and specialized training in Land Administration and Geographic Information System (GIS).
Throughout his career, Sam Dura has held significant roles in the architectural field. He served as the Honorable Commissioner of the Ministry of Lands & Surveys in Benue State, showcasing his expertise in land management and development. Currently, he serves as the Principal Partner of Archtik Consultants, where he continues to contribute to innovative architectural projects. His work spans across various significant projects, including educational institutions and commercial complexes, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field of architecture.
